Set background of title button window to GTK_STATE_NORMAL instead of

* gtk/gtkclist.c (gtk_clist_realize): Set background of
  title button window to GTK_STATE_NORMAL instead of
  GTK_STATE_SELECTED to avoid ugly flicker.
